Description

After changes in pattern of Civil Services examination in 2011, success rate of Hindi Medium students has been going down. Hindi Medium students blame Civil Services examination for being more biased towards English Medium. UPSC, as a custodian of merit system, does not show any biasness to any medium students. Decline in success rate of Hindi medium just shows students lack of preparedness. Less proportion of Hindi Medium students in final selections is also because of lack of qualitative guidance for Civil Services.
