WRF Oilgas Fired Hot Air Stove

Product Description Introduction WRF series oil/gas fired hot air stove use oil and gas as fuel, the air is heat transfer medium, forced circulate by blower fans, and then output the clean hot air after flowing through heat exchanger and air filter. The heated fresh air and smoke gas change heat separate with each other, the heated high temperature air is clean and non-polluted, offer high temperature air to food processing, auto spray drying, livestock farm, chemical industry, construction material, and paper making industry, etc. This series boiler adopts whole steel plate multi-layer sleeve type structure and the equipment is integrated. The central of furnace is combustion chamber, annular heat exchanger around it. Application 1. Metal surface coating - heating solidification after painting. 2. Medicine industry - medicine drying. 3. Grain processing industry - food drying and starch drying, etc. 4. Food industry - biscuit baking, instant noodles drying and conveyor dryer. 5. Wood processing industry - drying for wood, fiberboard, and plywood, etc. 6. Textile printing and dyeing - printing drying, thermoforming, etc. 7. Chemical industry - chemical material drying 8. Auto industry - tunnel drying room Advantage 1. Both air and smoke gas are multi-backhauling structure, high heat transfer efficiency. 2. Adopts multiple head helical groove plate heat exchanging technology and turbulent flow principle, increase thermal efficiency. 3. The hot air stove use the clean hot air as the medium, non-pollution 4. Low power consumption 5. Auto temperature measuring and displaying system. 6. Simple operation, easy to operate. url:http://www.slboilers.com
