Job profile – 1. To provide the back support to overseas clients. 2. Online Web and Chat support/ Sales Support 3. Back Office Support 4. Chatting with two or three clients 5. Email support and management 6. The information which will be provided to clients will be based on the process. 7. Technical Support Executive 8. Customer Care Executive Eligibility- • Any Graduate/Undergraduate • Typing speed minimum 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy • Good command on English, verbal and written both skills. • High Confidence level • Should be agreed to relocate to Ahmedabad • Should be comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment Salary package – CTC Rs. 2.78LPA to 3.84LPA plus Incentive and Allowance. Job location – Indore, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.
