Before you post: Advertisements must be legal, accurate, transparent, and submitted only by people authorized to offer the advertised goods or services. Publishing is subject to these rules.

1. Using Zicfy

Zicfy provides a platform where users publish and discover classified advertisements. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws. If you use Zicfy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, obtain the necessary parent or guardian permission.

2. Advertisement accuracy

You are responsible for your listing title, description, images, price, contact details and location. Provide truthful information, describe defects and conditions clearly, and keep your listing current. Do not publish misleading prices, fake locations, impersonations, duplicate spam or advertisements for items you cannot legitimately provide.

3. Prohibited listings and conduct

Do not post unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, exploitative or infringing items or content. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, discrimination contrary to applicable law, malicious links, collecting personal information without a lawful basis, and attempts to bypass Zicfy security or moderation. Items requiring a licence, approval or age restriction must comply with applicable law and Zicfy's posted category rules; Zicfy may prohibit additional categories.

4. Photos and intellectual property

Use photos and content you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your submissions, and grant Zicfy a non-exclusive permission to display, host, resize and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote your listing on the service. Do not upload third-party images or brands in a way that violates their rights.

5. Privacy and safety

Only share contact and location details you are comfortable making public. Do not put sensitive identity documents, banking details, passwords, or private information about other people in an advertisement. Users are responsible for deciding how and where to meet and transact safely. Use the Contact page to report suspicious listings.

6. Transactions

Unless Zicfy expressly identifies itself as a seller or payment provider for a particular transaction, advertisers and interested users are responsible for negotiating, verifying, paying for and fulfilling their own arrangements. Check product condition, seller information and local rules before making a payment.

7. Review and moderation

Listings may be published immediately after submission. Zicfy may subsequently review, restrict, remove or deactivate advertisements that appear to violate these rules, applicable law or platform safety requirements. Immediate publication is not an endorsement or guarantee of a listing.

8. Service availability and liability

Zicfy works to provide a reliable platform, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or independently verify every user submission. Any limits of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

Zicfy may update these terms, with a revised date on this page. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before posting. Please review the current terms before publishing.
