4 15 fully automatic block molding machine

1. Molding machine frame: made of high strength steel and special welding technology, extremely strong. 2. Guide column: it is made of super special steel, with good anti-twist and abrasion resistance. 3. Mould pressing head: electromechanical hydraulic synchronous drive, the same plate product height error is very small, the product consistency is good. 4. Cloth feeder: using the sensor and hydraulic proportional driving technology, the centrifugal discharge is forced under the action of the swing type cloth car, and the fabric is fast and uniform, which is especially beneficial to the multi-row of the wall of the book wall. 5, vibrator: using electric hydraulic drive technology, multi-source vibration system, in the control of a computer produced by hydraulic drive, vertical synchronous vibration frequency and auxiliary adjustable, realize the low-frequency charging, the working principle of the high frequency shaping good compaction effect can be obtained for different raw materials, the vibration acceleration of 17.5 magnitude. 6, QT6-15 baking-free brick machine equipment control system, computer control, human-machine interface, electrical adopt international famous brand, comprehensive control program 15 years experience in actual production, combined with the international trend of development, to meet the conditions of design to write and become, to achieve without professional, just a simple training to operation, powerful memory may be a need for the upgrade. 7. Material storage device: the computer controls the supply of materials, so as to avoid the internal pressure of the material and ensure uniform feeding, so that the product strength error is minimal. url:http://www.hnblockmachine.com
