Aluminum Honeycomb Sheet

Aluminum Honeycomb SheetAluminum honeycomb sheet is a lightweight,Website:http://www.haxcore.com, 100% recyclable, fire resistance core material which is usually used as filling material for sandwich panels. It has a hexagonal honeycomb structure like so many connected I-beams to disperse the pressure from panel. Aluminum honeycomb core makes the panel uniform strength and ensure panels keep high flatness over a large area. In addition, hollow honeycomb can also greatly reduce the thermal expansion of the sandwich panels.Besides used in composite panels, bare core can be used in air filter and as grids in front of spotlights and photographic equipment, energy absorber etc. What we can do:Aluminum Alloy: 3003 & 5052;Minimum Core Thickness: 3 mm;Minimum Cell Size: 2 mm;Foil Thickness: 0.036 mm-0.1 mm;Max. Expanded Size: 1600*20000 mm.Aluminum honeycomb core sheet can be customized into format includes block, unexpanded slices, expanded sheets, perforated or non-perforated and drilled honeycomb core.Detail MapTechnical  Specification?Mechanical Properties Of Aluminum Honeycomb CoreHaxcore HoneycombCompressionPlate ShearDesignationBareL DirectionW DirectionMaterial  SizeStrength psiStrength psiModulus ksiStrength psiModulus ksiHAX-AH Alloy mm inchTyp.Typ.Typ.Typ.Typ.HAX-AH--3003---- 6.4----1/46253657021538HAX-AH--3003---- 9.5----3/83402304513022HAX-AH--3003----12.7---1/2190140288014HAX-AH--3003----17------3/4120100206511HAX-AH--3003----25.4-----1806514457HAX-AH--5052----9.5-----3/83622505516026Notes:Test data obtained at 0.625" thickness; Size available on request; The above values are not guaranteed and  should be used as indication only.
